CTM is an established reliability type capacitor meeting all the requirements of MIL-C-27287. The CTM is the military equivalent to the popualr CDE type WMF capacitors. Construction is the units is essentially the same. The military specification however calls for rigid lot testing and quality assurance procedures to insure low failure rates.
