Your satisfaction with our products and service is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the product, in its original packaging, within 30 days for a refund or exchange. RMA # is required for all returns.

Product Returns.

All parts must be returned in original condition. Electronic components that might be damaged by excessive current or voltage may not be returned if they were taken out of original packaging.
You will receive full refund if there was a shipping mistake.
When returning parts due to customer error, your refund will exclude shipping and handling costs and additional restocking fees may apply.
The restocking charge will be determined upon review of the RMA request and will be based on numerous criteria that will be taken into account for each individual request.

When returning parts, please follow these steps:

  • Please complete the RMA Request Form on the website to obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number before you return any product. Click here to complete RMA Request Form.
  • You will receive RMA number via email after your RMA request is reviewed.
  • This RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the carton being used for the return.
  • Use shipping method which provides a tracking number.
  • Return freight charge must be prepaid and COD returns will not be accepted.
