Description
Low capacitance silicon transient suppressor diodes -1500 watts of peak pulse power dissipation -Available in ranges from 6.5-200v -Low capapcitance AC signal protection
The series operates a standard suppressor in a series with a rectifier with the same transient capabilites as the suppressor. The rectifier is also used to reduce the effective capacitance up through 100 MHz with a miniumum amount of signal loss or deformation. If required the low capacitance suppessor may be applied directly across the signal lineto prevent induced tansients from lighting power interupptions or static discharge.
