Because of the size of those warehouses, it is not feasible to fulfill orders under
$39.98 without incurring loss on our part. For that reason we have the following policy:

• We add handling fee for all orders under $39.98.
• We do not ship any single line item under $19.99.

To avoid the handling fee, we encourage our customers to place orders for $39.98 or more.
